Do i need to open up an account or register my details in order to purchase it from your website?
No! Not at all, you don't need to register your details to complete your purchase. British Online Stores latest technology enables you to track your order even without registering with us.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Shipping is now available to the EU and prices have been added online. Please continue to checkout by choosing your delivery country. Items which are fragile, and cannot be transported to the EU will normally be refunded within 24 hours as our courier don't insure glass, ceramic products. Please check our Returns policy for European or International Shipping returns We also provide quotes for International Shipments outside the EU. How can I cancel my order?

I am having problem in placing an order through website and getting messages that my card is not registered for verified by visa authentication?
We at British Online Stores are using the highest level of security so our valued customer can have a piece of mind while processing the card details on our website. In order to do that, we only accept cards which are registered for verified by visa or MasterCard secure code authentication. If you are not registered then please contact your bank for registration or use a different card that is registered for authentication.

NO! There is NO Extra Cost, If you will choose a different shipping address during your checkout process. Please TICK the checkbox and enter the correct delivery details if it is different than registered Card details.

This normally happens when the Bank payment processing servers are busy. Please press the back button and give your card details again and it will work. If you still experience the same problem then please let us know and we will look into it.
What are the delivery charges in U.K?
Our Standard 3-5 working days delivery charges are £6.99 per item. A standard delivery cost per order for any number of items up to 25kg is same. For heavier and larger products this cost will may increase. Delivery within 2 working with an extra cost of only £6.99 extra per order Next working day delivery costs only £9.99 extra per order.
What are the delivery times?
Standard delivery option takes 3-5 working days and 90% of our orders are delivered within 48 hours. Two day Delivery takes two working days to deliver and costs £6.99 more. Next working day delivery option is available for all orders placed by 1200 hours Monday to Friday at an additional cost of £9.99. Order placed on Friday before 1200 hours will be delivered on Next working day as we don't deliver on Saturday and Sunday. For order placed after 1200 hours we will endeavour to deliver it next working day but it may take an extra working day.

Most of the Visual (Televisions) and White Goods are comes with a 5 years of manufacturer warranty and Printers, Copiers, Cameras, Computers comes with 2 years of manufacturer warranty. All other electrical items are comes with standard manufacturer’s warranty. What is a most common errors and mistake that customer make when ordering from our website? Please make sure that you enter your card's registered address as shown in your card statement when entering the billing details during checkout and shipping details on the shipping details area if they are different. Also please make sure you choose the right card type when entering your card details.
