British Online Stores satisfaction guarantee and returns policy does not apply to special order merchandise, custom merchandise and installed merchandise. However your legal rights are unaffected. If you are a consumer, these rights may include a right to return the merchandise for a refund, or to obtain a replacement or a price deduction, if the merchandise is not of satisfactory quality and as described, or if it does not match any sample provided. Your specific rights will depend on the time since you bought the merchandise and the specific nature of the problem.
Items returned through website will be credited to the credit card, debit card or PayPal used to place your order.
Due to health and safety reasons, all items being returned must be securely packaged for transport. If the item arrived to you in a box, it will need to be in a box including all accessories at the time of pick up. If your order was delivered curb Side”, it will need to be available for curbside Pickup.
When should I expect my refund?
If you ask for a refund we will refund your money within one week following our receipt and verification of the goods. If possible, refunds will be made in the same way as your original payment.
Please note that verification may take longer in the case of jewelry and other Higher Value Goods, but can usually be completed within 7-10 days after we receive the returned goods.
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or faulty:
We may be able to offer a replacement item within 7 days of shipment.
Please note that we are unable to replace any orders if paid via PayPal, please follow our regular returns process.
